The first thing I do is meet you and see your home. I will take detailed notes and with your permission photos of the home. I also leave you with a powerful DVD on pricing so your home will sell for top dollar. After you have shown me through the house I will need some time to go back through your home room by room so I can formulate a plan in each room and write it down. Once I am through I will go over my written plan with you. I will then return to my office and prepare a detailed report and bid for you so when we get together again I can share my ideas with you.
After presenting the bid I can do the actual Staging work for you. I can help prepare your home for sale, earning it a Staged Homes designation.
