You made me a believer!! When my realtor recommended you for staging I will admit I was skeptical that it would be a worthwhile investment. However, after our initial consultation I was fed by your excitement for my prospects if I moved forward with staging. I was so impressed by your "vision" and your ability to come in and use the furniture that I had as well as adding your own to give the house a fresh, clean, revitalized appearance! My biggest hurdle was your recommendation to paint the front door red! Before I had finished the 2nd coat I was stopped in the middle of my road by a neighbor who was exclaiming over the big difference it made for the house and how she loved the look! The comments from realtor feedback when showing the house were always positive. Your professional, energetic, personality made working with you enjoyable and easy. It was great how you came to the house before showings to "fluff" and make sure that everything was in place. We've had a number of basements finished and Set to Sell, LLC has done the best job by far. They took time to understand what we had in mind. Then, they offered suggestions as to how the basement could turn out even better. Other remodelers we talked with were merely going to slap-up some drywall, put in a couple of lights and create nothing more than a big, plain box. Our new area doesn’t even feel like it’s in the basement. It looks more like another room that was done at the same time our house was built, especially since Set to sell Remodeling took the extra time to match our basement’s woodwork and hard-to-find doors with the rest of our house. Set to Sell, LLC kept within its original, detailed cost estimate and there were never any “surprises” to make the price higher. All work was finished when they said it would be. We have had various phases in our home renovation over the years and I have to say that working with Set to Sell Remodeling and Contracting Services for our most recent renovation was wonderful.
